Experience

Representation of developer in long-term redevelopment project in a low-income neighborhood, which includes acquisitions and dispositions, multi-layered financing, PACE Financing, negotiations and grants with the city.
Assisted in representing two non-profits in securing New Market Tax Credit financing for the development of new, multimillion-dollar facilities. The deal was named “Deal of the Year” by the Dallas Business Journal.
Representation of joint ventures in development deals including regional, single asset transactions and national-multi asset portfolios.
Representation of developers in acquisition and disposition of multifamily projects, including senior housing, master planned communities and student housing.
Representation of investors in sale-lease back acquisition of gas station, convenience store, and marina properties.
