Overview

Thomas Natsume is a senior associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice. He has extensive experience with a wide range of intellectual property and litigation matters involving technological areas including semiconductors, electronics, software engineering, digital communications, video and image processing, medical equipment, as well as automobile and mechanical engineering. He has served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and has practiced in multiple jurisdictions in the world working with clients from many different countries and industries. His multilingual background and technical knowledge have enabled him to advise and represent clients effectively whether in litigation or transactional settings.

Mr. Natsume works in English, Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese.

  • Defense of a semiconductor foundry company in a Section 337 investigation by the USITC based on allegations of patent infringement involving semiconductor manufacturing techniques.*
