Overview

Cullen Richardson is a member of the firm's Global Projects Department, focusing his practice on international trade, economic sanctions, and foreign direct investment. Cullen assists clients in navigating complex legal regimes governing the international trade of goods, services, technology, and cross-border investment.

Cullen represents clients in matters involving economic and trade sanctions administered by the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), export controls administered by the Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and reviews conducted by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

While in law school, Cullen interned with the in-house legal department of a Fortune 300 company.
