Caterina Romagnuolo is an associate in our Antitrust and Competition Law Practice in Brussels. Her area of experience touches upon all aspects of EU competition law, including antitrust counseling and investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and State aid.
Ms. Romagnuolo has experiences across a range of industry areas, including energy, digital services and technology, life sciences and healthcare.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Ms. Romagnuolo worked as a trainee at international law firms in Brussels and in the competition law practice of an Italian law firm. She also gained experience as a trainee at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Competition.
Ms. Romagnuolo speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
