Deal Description: Baker Botts advised Diversified Energy Company PLC in its acquisition of certain Cotton Valley upstream assets from Indigo Minerals LLC. The deal closed on May 19.

The Cotton Valley assets, located in Louisiana, include some 16,000 barrels oil equivalent per day (boepd) of production across 780 net operated wells.
