Overview

Bishr Ajlouni is a banking and finance attorney, who has experience in the field of U.S. economic sanctions, especially in relation to banks and financial institutions in the Middle East. In this realm, Mr. Ajlouni has helped multiple Middle Eastern banks with matters related to U.S. sanctions and enforcement actions by OFAC, through providing advice and assistance to such banks regarding providing documents and information to OFAC and redesigning and rehabilitating their compliance programs as part of their settlement efforts with OFAC. Mr. Ajlouni has also helped in developing and enhancing sanctions compliance programs at multiple Middle Eastern banks as precautionary measures.

Mr. Ajlouni is fluent in Arabic and English and has practiced law in the Middle East.
