Overview

David Arlington is a Special Counsel in the firm's Litigation Department and leads the Department's Disputes Technology & Services Practice group. Mr. Arlington handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts in Texas and across the United States. He represents clients in cases involving financial fraud, securities fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, mass torts and a variety of other commercial disputes. He also routinely handles appellate matters in state and federal courts.

Mr. Arlington is also experienced in managing large discovery efforts in domestic and cross-border matters, advising clients in the identification, preservation, review, and production of electronically stored information and in litigating disputes relating to electronic discovery issues. He also consults with clients regarding the development and implementation of records management programs and discovery response plans.

As leader of the Disputes Technology & Services Practice group, Mr. Arlington leads a group of professionals who deliver client services in support of the entire litigation lifecycle with an emphasis on innovations in technology, staffing, and process improvement. The Practice group includes eDiscovery Counsel, Staff Lawyers, Paralegals, Litigation Support Coordinators and Trial Graphics and Presentation Consultants. He also manages the firm's eDiscovery service offering and is responsible for identifying, testing, and implementing new technologies to better serve the firm's clients.
