Lindsay Volpenhein Cutié practices in all areas of intellectual property law, including patent litigation, patent prosecution, and various aspects of intellectual property transactions.
Ms. Cutié’s litigation experience has involved a variety of technologies, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and oilfield equipment.
Ms. Cutié is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to a broad range of technologies. She also has experience with post-grant procedures, including inter partes reviews, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Ms. Cutié also has provided formal opinions concerning potential infringement, validity, and enforceability of client and third-party intellectual property across various technologies, including refining, chemical catalysts, chemical formulations, and semiconductors.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Cutié worked as a process automation engineer for a Fortune 100 chemical company.
