Overview

Lori Ding's practice includes a variety of intellectual property matters. She has handled matters in a wide range of technology areas, including data processing and storage systems, oil and gas technologies, and telecommunications networks.

Lori has experience in patent litigation, patent prosecution, and post-grant review proceedings. She has represented clients in intellectual property matters in arbitration, federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the Federal Circuit. Lori has significant experience practicing before the Federal Circuit, working on over 25 appeals.

Before joining Baker Botts, Lori clerked for the Honorable Richard G. Taranto of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
