Zach Fedorko is a corporate senior associate in Baker Botts’ Dallas office. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate and securities matters, including venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, and corporate governance.

Zach represents entrepreneurs, venture capital and private equity investors, and financial and strategic acquirers in the technology, life sciences, healthcare, and consumer products industries. His clients span a variety of sectors including software, robotics, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, virtual reality, biotech, pharmaceutical and medical devices, real estate, and finance.

Zach earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, and graduated magna cum laude from Rice University.
