Overview

Virginia Fergusson is an associate in the firm's Washington D.C. Litigation Practice.

While in law school, Virginia was an Articles Development Editor for the American Criminal Law Review and a member of the Appellate Advocacy Division of Barristers' Council. Virginia was also a student attorney for the Georgetown Appellate Litigation Clinic, with which she briefed a civil rights case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Virginia will serve as a law clerk for the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania during the 2023-2024 term.
