He advises energy, mining, and manufacturing clients on environmental, health, safety, and transportation matters. Mr. Janoe's clients turn to him for the full suite of environmental issues ranging from permitting and compliance counseling to litigation, enforcement defense, bankruptcy matters, and crisis management.
