Overview

Katie McEvilly is a senior associate in the Houston office of Baker Botts. She concentrates on U.S. federal income tax matters. She advises clients on renewable energy transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and tax planning involving consolidated groups. She also advocates on behalf of large companies and high net worth individuals in tax controversy matters.
