Overview

Jennifer O'Donoghue advises clients on international finance and projects transactions, with a particular focus in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Miss. O'Donoghue has worked on a wide range of financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral lending, acquisition finance, reserve based lending and project finance.

Miss. O'Donoghue also has experience advising on the negotiation and operation of project development and construction contracts in both the conventional and renewable energy sectors.

Before joining Baker Botts in 2022, Miss. O'Donoghue worked in-house for a leading global solar developer, financier and operator of utility-scale solar projects and spent time on secondment at another international law firm in London.
