Stephen O'Donohue's practice focuses on high-tech intellectual property litigation matters, in particular patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation claims in federal court and the International Trade Commission. His experience includes all aspects of complex litigation, including managing large-scale foreign discovery, taking and defending depositions, and arguing case dispositive motions. With over a decade of experience, Stephen has taken numerous cases from complaint through trial and appeal in matters involving a wide array of technologies including semiconductor design and manufacturing, laser ophthalmic surgery equipment, LED illumination lens design, graphics processing and 3-D rendering, automobiles, home exercise equipment, and speech recognition software.
Prior to his legal career, Stephen spent six years as an optical engineer in the aerospace and semiconductor manufacturing industries and is a named inventor on a U.S. patent.
