Leslie McCombs Roussev litigates cases nationwide in complex commercial, antitrust, and trademark matters. Her experience includes dispositive motion practice, expert witness development, internal investigations, and large-scale discovery efforts. She currently represents an SEC receiver appointed in connection with a multi-billion dollar securities fraud in multiple litigation matters, a national beverage manufacturer in a trademark dispute, and a specialty pharmaceutical company in state and federal multidistrict litigation. Leslie has also represented clients in contract disputes, Texas Securities Act violations and statutory fraud claims, OSHA regulations and investigations, healthcare liability matters, real estate litigation, and industrial and retail leasing transactions.
Leslie graduated cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law and served as Editor-in-Chief of SMU International Law Review: Law and Business Review of the Americas. During law school, she externed with the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Texas. Leslie's undergraduate degree is in Economics and Spanish from Southern Methodist University. She is an active alumna of The Hockaday School and is involved with several professional and nonprofit organizations serving the Dallas community.
