Overview

Katie Windle's practice focuses on a range of environmental permitting, enforcement, and regulatory issues at the local, state, and federal levels. Her experience includes water, air, waste, and underground injection control matters, including carbon capture and sequestration. Katie also provides legal counsel to clients on environmental aspects of transactions. She has worked on transactions, projects, and agreements involving power plants, coal mines, manufacturing facilities, solar, wind and battery projects, carbon capture and sequestration projects, pipelines, and terminals.
