Baker Botts' partner Dr. Johannes Koepp will be speaking at the DIS Autumn Conference 2022, organized by the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) on Thursday 15 September 2022.

This year, the hot topic of the autumn conference is “Disputes in an Age of Uncertainty - Managing the Energy Transition.” The conference will examine the many issues associated with the inherent uncertainty faced by energy companies due to a combination of energy transition, the war in Ukraine and the pandemic.
