Deal Description: Southern Company Gas announced that certain of its affiliates have entered into an agreement to sell Sequent Energy Management, L.P. and Sequent Energy Canada Corp., which are engaged in the wholesale marketing and trading of natural gas in the United States and Canada, for $50 million plus working capital and other adjustments. Southern Company Gas is a subsidiary of The Southern Company.
