Deal Description: On 31 January 2024, Zurich headquartered Swissport International AG, a global provider of airport ground services, successfully concluded the sale of 49 percent of its shares in Swissport Saudi Arabia Limited to Asyad Holding Company, a diversified, family-owned Saudi holding group with significant business activities in and outside Saudi Arabia.

The joint venture creates a strategic partnership to jointly drive the development and growth of the aviation sector in Saudi Arabia in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
