  • Advising a UK issuer in respect of a Luxembourg listed, $500m guaranteed senior bond issue
  • Designing, drafting and implementing a bespoke option incentive scheme for a new peer to peer lending business
  • Advising on and effecting substantial R&D tax credit claims
  • Acting for numerous private equity funds on their acquisition of UK corporate assets
  • Advising principals on the establishment of a secondary private equity fund and the structure of carried interests
  • Acting for a major U.S. headquartered multinational financial services client on their disposal of substantial Polish assets
  • Advising on the extension of numerous U.S. stock incentive plans to include UK employees
  • Acting for a London AIM listed oil & gas exploration and development company on its recommended £221 million takeover by way of court approved scheme of arrangement
