Overview

Andrew Roche is a projects lawyer who clients rely on when outside-the box solutions are required. His practice focuses on the project financing, development, and acquisition of energy, natural resources, and infrastructure projects.

Andrew's relentless efforts on developing solutions for clients to "get the deal done" and his commitment to understanding and anticipating his client's business needs has enabled him to lead some of APAC's largest and most complex energy, natural resources and infrastructure projects. He is trusted by a wide range of clients including sponsors, project companies, export credit agencies, multilaterals, development banks, commercial banks, other financial institutions, and government entities.

Andrew's practice is focused in the Asia-Pacific region and covers the full range of projects in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, from power & renewables, energy transition, LNG and natural gas, mining, digital infrastructure, ports, to other infrastructure. He has been based in Asia since 2005 and has been recognized by legal directories including Chambers and The Legal 500 as a ranked projects lawyer (2018-2023).
