The firm improved upon its national ranking in the M&A: Large Deals ($1bn+) category, which recognizes the preeminent firms advising on M&A transactions nationally. 

The firm’s continued growth of its Life Sciences practice was also recognized as it gained ranking in the Healthcare: Life Sciences category.

The Corporate M&A practice maintained its ranking as part of “The Elite” table both nationally and in Texas (Band 2), and as is recognized as “Highly Regarded” in New York.
